♥ Our delivery is done twice a week, on Friday and Saturday (except every 1st Saturday of the month)

♥ All deliveries will be done through PostLaju only.

♥ All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

♥ Payment must be made via transfers/cash deposits into our Public Bank account or PayPal within 3 days after confirmation. After which, it will be released for sale again.

Payments

Payments through Banks

♦ When a purchase is made, a confirmation order will be sent to you regarding the total cost and item(s) purchased.

♦ If there is no error in the letter, please make the payments to our Public Bank/Maybank account which the account number will be stated in the confirmation order.

♦ A receipt will be sent to you through email as soon as we have received the payment.

♦ All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia(RM) only.

Payments through PayPal

♦ When a purchased is made, an invoice through PayPal will be sent to you informing you the prices and item(s) you have purchased.

♦ If there is no error, please make the payment using credit cards or PayPal account.

♦ A 3.4% transaction fee will be added.

Delivery

Since Miss Chichidoll has just commenced, we are not opened to many areas as yet. Mostly we are targeting Malaysians from both West and East. The followings are the postage rates. We deliver all our goods via PosLaju. Unfortunately, we do not do PosExpress at the moment.

Delivery to Peninsula Malaysia

♦ Postage varies depending on the weight of the parcel.

♦ Standard postage are RM6.00 for the first item and an additional RM1.00 for every next additional item.

Delivery to Sabah/Sarawak

♦ Postage varies depending on the weight of the parcel.

♦ Standard postage to SABAH are RM8.00 for the first item and an additional RM1.50 for every next additional item.

♦ Standard postage to SARAWAK are RM9.00 for the first item and an additional RM2.00 for every next additional item.

How Does It Work?

Upon receipt of your payment, we will send the goods via PosLaju either on the coming Friday or Saturday. However, it can be possible that we deliver on different day depending on our availability. Once the good had been sent, we will send an email to notify you that your item(s) is on its way to your doorstep.

If you wish to get your goods delivered earlier, you could always state in the REMARKS section that you prefer to have it delivered early. If possible, we will try to comply and make time to send the goods as soon as possible.

Exchange & Refund Policy

If differing products from order are sent to you, please send us the RETURN FORM so that we can rectify the error as soon as possible. Please return the item(s) to us via PosLaju and we will re-send the correct item(s) to you. Send us your account number and we will reimburse you the return postage incurred.

The following conditions apply:-

♦ All exchanges or reimbursements must be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s). If fail to do so, exchanges and compensations are no longer valid.

♦ Item(s) for exchange must be in original condition. If tags or hygienic stickers are torn out of the garment, exchanges will be canceled and return delivery charges will be borned by you. Original differed item(s) can be sent back to you if delivery charges be paid by you.
